1. Payment Methods:
- Midland Electricals accepts payments via multiple methods including:
- Bank Transfer: Our bank details will be provided upon request.
- Credit Card: We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
- Cheque: Cheques should be made payable to "Midland Electricals Pvt. Ltd."
- Online Payment Gateways: We provide secure online payment options for your convenience.

2. Payment Terms:
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
- For large orders or custom manufacturing, a deposit may be required before production begins. The remaining balance will be due upon completion and before shipment.

3. Credit Terms:
- Credit terms may be extended to approved customers upon completion and approval of a credit application.
- Credit terms are subject to credit checks and approval by our finance department.
- Invoices under credit terms must be paid within the agreed-upon timeframe stated in the credit agreement.

4. Late Payments:
- Late payments may be subject to a late fee or interest charges as allowed by law.
- In case of late payments, Midland Electricals reserves the right to suspend further deliveries until outstanding balances are settled.

5. Currency:
- All transactions are processed in the currency agreed upon during the order placement.

6. Taxes and Duties:
- Prices listed do not include applicable taxes, tariffs, or duties. Customers are responsible for any such charges imposed by local authorities.

7. Invoice Disputes:
- Any discrepancies or disputes regarding invoices must be reported to Midland Electricals within 15 days of receipt.
- Failure to report invoice discrepancies within the specified timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the right to dispute the charges.

- All disputes are subjected to Kanpur Jurisdiction Only

8. Cancellation Policy:
- Orders cancelled after production has commenced may be subject to cancellation fees.
- Custom orders or orders with specific requirements may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

9. Returns and Refunds:
- Returns are subject to Midland Electricals' return policy.
- Refunds will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.

10. Policy Updates:
- Midland Electricals reserves the right to update or modify these payment policies at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes in advance.
