- Once you have received the RA number, securely package the product and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.

3. Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility for return, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 07-14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
